Job Description

  • Develop, implement and review HR and operational policies, planning and strategy decisions
  • Formulate HR strategies for organizational goals and employee development
  • Work Closely with management team to help build organizational and people capabilities, talent management, engagement and retention
  • Carry out organizational staffing through appropriate and sound recruitment and selection activities
  • Utilize different Talent acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other offline channels for better result
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Creating team building activities
  • Any other works assigned by the Board of directors, Chairman, from time to time.
  • Preparation of all types of employment contracts, offer letters, negotiating salaries and other benefits in consultation with the department head and CEO
  • Create materials to train and onboard the employees.
