Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR/Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and extensive managerial experience in HR and administration.

Job Location:

  • Primary: Kathmandu Office
  • Site Office: As per need

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and career development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Supervise administrative functions, office management, and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with government bodies and legal entities for HR and administrative matters.
  • Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
