Job Description

Diagonal Technologies is looking for a HR/Admin Officer to join our development team. We are open to applications from all levels and your experience is relevant depending on the level you wish to apply for.

Your Profile for this role

  • Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Human Resources is preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR

Core skills we always look for

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge on Labor Law and experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, update and implementation of HR policies to ensure alignment with organization standards, local labor laws and market practices
  • Manage HR systems and databases
  • Manage the staffing and hiring process, from planning and reviewing staffing requirements based on existing and anticipated needs to final selection and onboarding of new employees
  • Review salary structure, pay policies, employee benefit programs, and employee recognition initiatives to attract and retain high-quality employees
  • Address employee relations issues and investigate issues related to discipline and grievance
