Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 4 years
Other Specification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or similar field with minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Or, minimum master’s degree in Management or similar field / relevant Professional Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have experience of developing HROD related strategies and initiatives, and implementing the planned initiatives.
  • Must have experience of developing and revising policies related to HR.
  • Must have experience of working in OHS vertical: Developing strategies and initiatives to implementing the planned initiatives.
  • Experience of planning and executing initiatives to ensure OHS related international certification will be an added advantage.

Job Description

  • Responsible for end to end Learning and Development (L&D) process across the company in line with People Quality Framework.
  • Responsible for end to end process related to Employer Branding which includes: Robust communication of HR related initiatives within the company; and Design &; implement initiatives ensuring Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Develop yearly Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) plan and ensure implementation of the same in line with the direction of the Organization and the laws of the land.
  • Responsible for overall process in ensuring planned OHS related certifications in the company.
  • Manage end to end employee insurance related benefits provided to employees.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to regularly review Job Descriptions for all the job positions.
