We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager HR for our Group of companies. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with labor laws.
Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Assist in payroll administration and benefits management.
Coordinate HR projects and reporting as required by management.

Master's Degree in HR
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR operations and employee management.
