Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR / Admin Officer to manage human resources functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, office management, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative activities to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior management with HR and administrative tasks.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks, including office management, procurement of supplies, and record keeping.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organize meetings, events, and internal communications.
Act as a liaison between management and staff to support a positive workplace environment.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is preferred.
