We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Specialist to ensure the proper execution of various functions of HR and in planning and implementation of the HR strategy.

Job Description

  • Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Monitor employee motivation and make appropriate recommendation to ensure positive employee experience in the organisation
  • Handle employee grievances and provide basic counselling to employees who have performance related obstacles
  • Screening initial resumes and applications and providing short list to the department head
  • Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements & applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Provide recommendations on employee development strategies and training needs
  • Prepare and update job descriptions, job specifications and other employee documents
  • Organize employee orientation sessions, training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Communicate and coordinate with members of other department to ensure smooth functioning
