We are a fast-growing design agency helping global brands create high-quality, conversion-focused visuals for e-commerce platforms. Our creative team is young, ambitious, and fast-paced—and we’re looking for an HR & Administration Officer who can support, nurture, and grow with us.

Role Overview :

As the HR & Administration Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing people, operations, and culture. You’ll be responsible for both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day admin functions, ensuring our team runs smoothly and stays motivated.

HR & People Management

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Maintain employee records, track attendance, and manage leaves
  • Support performance reviews, feedback loops, and growth plans
  • Resolve internal conflicts and act as a bridge between leadership and team
  • Champion workplace culture, wellness, and team events
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill development programs and internal training plans
  • Ensure team processes and SOPs are followed and continuously improved

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor management
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and travel/meeting logistics
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies
  • Assist leadership with reports, scheduling, and organizational tasks
