  • At least Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in Information Management Faculty.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems, such attendance, leave and payroll .
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
  • Team builder & self-motivated 

Job Description

  • Provide technical as well as operational support and assistance to the clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Train end-users on how to effectively use HR software applications, including conducting one-on-one or group training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially between technical and administration, to address and resolve software-related problems or implement system enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze HR software system performance, identify potential areas of improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize system usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR software updates and features, and provide feedback to software vendors for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in software testing and quality assurance efforts, including identifying and reporting software bugs, and providing feedback on software usability.
  • Follow established processes and procedures for incident management, problem resolution, and change management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
