Job Description

  • Analyze and determine HR orientation required, needs and strategy
  • Research and determine best HR practices in Nepali market
  • Frame vacancy, recruitment, selection, retention, performance appraisal, feedback, dismissal policies and practices
  • Facilitate and carry out HR processes
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and training
  • Coordinate and facilitate workforce needs
