Job Description

Godawari Business Organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR/ Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. As a mid-level professional, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and administrative tasks, with a focus on maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage employee benefits and leave requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and HR & admin Manager to address any HR or administrative issues.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
