Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Nepal. This role will primarily focus on recruitment, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent. Additionally, the HR Officer will support the HR Manager in other HR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • Utilize different recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist the HR Manager in other HR functions, such as employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and HR databases.
