  • Supporting HR events and initiatives (employee appreciation events, training sessions, motivational plan).
  • Preparing HR-related documents
  • Posting job openings on job boards, company websites and social media platforms.
  • Screening resumes and applications, filtering candidates based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Ensure proper and timely maintenance of documentation of overall activities.
  • Distributing employee handbooks, policy updates, and other HR-related materials.
  • Assisting with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations (helpful)
