Job Description

  • Bridge Management relation; with employees and clients by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
  • Manage Outsourcing:
    - Handle onboarding of clients/customers: Preparing and providing employee contracts,                               Appointment letters, various forms and other required letters, documents and information.
    - Creating and processing Social Security Fund (SSF).
    - Handle Off boarding of clients/customers: Manage the Exit process and providing assistance for                 hassle-free exit of clients/candidates.
    - Prepare and provide the required reports to clients as and when required.
    - Payroll Management; Collecting Attendance, preparing reports, preparing Cash/Bank sheet and                 ensuring correct and timely payment.
  • Organize Filing System; digital and physical documents of clients, candidates and company.
  • Create and update internal database; of new hire and existing clients regarding contract period, personal information and other required information.
  • Tender Management

Technical Deliverables

  • Proper Communication: Correct Nepali and English writing and speaking (concise, clear and adequate) for proper flow of information.
  • Efficient in Word and Excel ; MS Suite
  • In depth knowledge of Labour Act/Labour Law, SSF Rules and Regulation.
  • Strong People Skills.
