Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Officer to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in managing HR activities, ensuring that the companys HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented, and contributing to employee development and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Support the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Monitor employee compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support the HR Manager in strategic initiatives and projects.
