Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support our HR department in various aspects of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The HR Officer will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts and concerns in a fair and timely manner.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Process HR-related documentation, such as contracts, amendments, and termination paperwork.

Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and provide support for benefit-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with external providers to ensure the effective delivery of benefits.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
  • Implement and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience in human resources roles.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
