Requirements

Job Details: HR Officer is an officer level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Master’s degree in management with specialization in HR Management would be an added advantage.

Duties and responsibility:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy of the organization,
  • Develop and implement annual training and recruitment calendar,
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process,
  • Interview scheduling and coordinating with HODs and HR committee,
  • Orient new employee and train the existing employee,
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues,
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs,
  • Prepare L&D details of every training, development, and engagement activities of each employee, conduct/facilitate the training and keep a record of the training,
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors,
  • Monitor employee performance, coordinate and execute the goal setting and timely appraisal
  • Keep HR Operations effective and efficient,
  • Communicate with staff about issues affecting their performance, 
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format,
  • Payroll management and leave management in an efficient manner,
  • Provide briefings on policies and procedures, code of ethics, employee discipline, respectful work environment, 
  • Monitor and be vigilant on any types of discrimination and harassment within and outside organization,
  • Any other jobs assigned from time to time by the Line Manager
