Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Administer and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating a positive work environment.
  • Handle performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.
  • Supervise day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees, as needed.
  • Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Promote employee well-being initiatives and organize team-building activities.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure legal compliance.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Nepal’s labor law, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
