Job Description

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
  • Maintain records of employees (hard copy & soft copy)
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Coordinate accommodation, catering and transport for our staff when necessary
  • Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Involving in recruitment, selection and orientation for new staff
  • Working on various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees and executing the same
  • Responsible for time office functions for all employees and providing monthly salary inputs for the payroll team
  • Maintaining proper records of company and employee information so they can be used as and when required
  • Responsible for proper documentation of company and employee documents
  • Initializing, redesigning, educating and implementation of new HR policies, procedures and strategies and change management
  • Identification of Training and development need and execute planned trainings and development programs in association with external or internal trainers or consultants
  • Performing different administrative works, procurement and preparing official letters and documents
  • Responsible for renewals of company documents, staff documents and so on
