Job Summary

The role is responsible for providing day to day facilitation and support to overall human resource function under direct supervision of Manager – Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection

  • Prepare the files of recruited position.
  • Prepare the database of applicants.
  • Call and mail the shortlisted candidates for an interview.
  • Verify the set checklist of the required documents of the applicants.
  • Reference check of the shortlisted applicants.
  • Prepare the checklist of all the required entities in Joining formalities.
  • Provide necessary facilitation to newly recruited employee in induction.

Training and Development

  • Follow up with training institute for the employee nomination and other required facilitation form our end for training and development. 
  • Collect the certificates of employee and keep on updating personal file.

Performance Management

  • Distribute appraisal forms to every employee ensuring they have sufficient time to fill it up and manage to receive back the appraisals latest by end date of the fiscal year.
  • Follow-up for the probationary confirmation appraisals of the individual and collect this form within the time frame.

Employee Engagement Activities

  • Organize the farewell events for the employee leaving the organization.
  • Organize small festivals, annual day celebration and other events as per the approved budget, plan and instruction.

Database Management System

  • Prepare and update database of the new recruited employee.
  • Update the employee record in Navision on a regular basis including deactivation of staffs who has left the organization. 
  • Prepare the record of probationary employee, contractual employee on regular basis and inform to HR manager

Personal File  Management

  • Update personal file of each individuals from time to time
  • Retain a copy of each letter/paper/others issued to an employee related to appointment, transfers, warnings, deputations, disciplinary causes, final settlement and various others in a personal file of each employee.

Full and Final Settlement

  • Inform the concerned personnel about resignation acceptance of employee.
  • Process for employees’ full and final settlement and submit documents to Finance department on time. 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Tracking of employees’ birthday and mange to provide BD card on the day.
  • Perform any other responsibility as required by the business or as assigned by Line Manager – HR.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s  degree with specialization in HR
  • Minimum Experience 2 Years’ experience of working in Human Resource Field
  • Preferred/ Additional Experience Knowledge in Labor Law
