Job Description

  • Responsible for managing effectively and accurately payroll data, employee benefits together with overall employee data management to support the company’s day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely provision of the monthly payroll
  • Ensures that vendors will continue to provide quality service by building a positive relationship and establishing an ongoing communication to proactively address changes in business needs as they arise
  • Support the recruitment/ hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
  • Provides reports on general HR activity (headcount, movements, leaves, attrition) etc. to support the business on tracking HR key performance indicators
  • Other duties as required
