Job Description

  • Shall act as a communication channel between Human Resource Department and Subisu employees.  
  • Educate, aware, and coordinate with all relevant process owners in order to execute HR Policies, Activities, and HR initiatives.
  • Initiate and execute the HR Engagement activities based on the set objectives.
  • Perform the role of talent acquisition in coordination with the Compensation, Benefits & HR Services team.
  • Act as a coordinator to promote the performance management system in the company.
  • Shall take a lead role to implement, monitor, and educate the Occupation Safety and Health Policies and guideline.
  • Shall address the employee grievances, particularly of Work Place Sexual Harassment.
  • Shall work in close coordination with the Learning and Development team to enhance the employee competencies.
  • Manage and coordinate with Regional HR’s for better execution of HR policies, guidelines.
  • Shall work as a promoter of HR practices and perform various awareness, training, and knowledge sharing session for better employee communication.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the company.

Administration

  • Shall assist Compensation, Benefits & HR Services team to administrate the employee Separation/Retirement management.
  • Should take the exit interview of resigned employees and document it for further analysis.
  • Coordinate with the concerned person to ease the employee exit process.
  • Shall prepare the required allowance reports, HR reports, and others as assigned.
