Job Description

  • Provide general day-to-day HR support across as part of the HR function
  • Ensuring the proper execution of the recruitment process and orientation of new employees in the company
  • Employee Benefits, Training and Development and other administration for employees
  • Reviewing and developing relevant company Policies and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures for proper HR management.
  • Administration, coordination and support of Group of Companies
  • Prepare monthly payroll sheet for Group of Companies
  • Oversee the inventory and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Facilitating proper communication and coordination with various departments within the company in implementing various HR activities
  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information 
  • Fulfilment of additional duties as and when required
  • Take care of the disciplinary etiquettes of all the staff
