Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a unique blend of recruitment and operations expertise, specifically within the Ecommerce sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring the seamless functioning of HR operations. If you have a proven track record in Ecommerce and possess a strong HR background, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of candidates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

Operations:

  • Oversee and execute HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records maintenance.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

E-commerce Expertise:

  • Leverage a deep understanding of the Ecommerce industry to tailor recruitment strategies and address specific industry challenges.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the Ecommerce sector.
  • Utilize Ecommerce knowledge to contribute to the development and enhancement of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment and operations, preferably within Ecommerce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software.

  • The salary is 40,000, with a negotiable rate based on experience, qualifications, and work performance.
