Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kathmandu, Nepal. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional development.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including tax and payroll requirements.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Nepalese labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
