Team Size: 80–90 staff (scaling to 100+)
Role Objective
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to manage, retain, and develop a growing team of engineers, BIM modelers, and project professionals while ensuring compliance, performance, and a healthy work culture.
