We are seeking a proactive, skilled, and strategic HR Manager to lead human resource initiatives at Yuwarani Agro Industries. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and ensure compliance with Nepalese labour laws. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance redressal processes.
Coordinate and oversee employee training, development, and performance improvement programs.
Ensure compliance with Nepalese labour laws and employment regulations.
Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Sound knowledge of Nepalese labour laws and employment regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strategic thinking and organizational development expertise.
