Roles and responsibilities of this job

As the HR Manager at Sumegh Holidays, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance. You will play a key role in shaping the workplace culture, supporting organizational growth, and aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for roles such as Tour Experts, Ticketing Officers, and Operations Staff.
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems aligned with KPIs for various departments, especially the sales and tour operations teams.
Address grievances and handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
Organize team-building activities and HR-driven events.
Identify training needs for staff and coordinate relevant upskilling programs, including customer service, product knowledge, and compliance training.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and travel industry regulations.
Align HR practices with company goals and contribute to strategic planning.
Analyze HR metrics and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 5 years of HR experience (experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage)

Professional Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution and negotiation
Recruitment and onboarding expertise
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with KPIs and performance management systems
Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday to Friday)
Salary: The salary will be negotiable according to experience.
Other Facilities: Other facilities will be discussed in person at the time of the interview.
