Job Description

As the HR Manager at Sumegh Holidays, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance. You will play a key role in shaping the workplace culture, supporting organizational growth, and aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for roles such as Tour Experts, Ticketing Officers, and Operations Staff.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems aligned with KPIs for various departments, especially the sales and tour operations teams.
  • Address grievances and handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
  • Organize team-building activities and HR-driven events.
  • Identify training needs for staff and coordinate relevant upskilling programs, including customer service, product knowledge, and compliance training.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and travel industry regulations.
  • Align HR practices with company goals and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
