Job Description

Job Summary:  The HR Manager is responsible for developing, improvising, and streamlining the HR systems at the Head Office and facilities, thus ensuring healthy work practices in the organization.
Total Compensation: 90K CTC monthly
Reports To: General Manager and Board of Directors
Tenure: 2 years (Renewable)

Professional Pre-requisites

  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Officer in a corporate setting
  • Excellent documentation skills to strengthen institutional knowledge

Areas of Responsibility

1. Strategic

  • Analyse and fill out talent gaps based on organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement the policies and recommend improvisation.
  • Create a work culture as per the vision and values of the Company.
  • Suggest appropriate institutional changes based on Labour Law and global practices.

2. Operational

  • Conduct recruitment and induction functions.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Address grievances and conflicts of the team and take the necessary steps to resolve them.
  • Perform quarterly/annual reviews for Team Quest and Facilities.

3. Administrative

  • Prepare and update Job Descriptions for new recruitment and current staff as needed.
  • Ensure all the documentation and contracts of the employees are prepared and saved in online and offline folders.
  • Comply with the HR practices as per the Labour Law and enforce such practices in all facilities.

  • Bachelors in Management (specialized in Human Resource Management)
