  • Ability for the preparation of HR policies, manuals and effective implementation of company policies
  • Timely address queries and communicate necessary information to staff, executives and respective personnel

Job Description

A hydropower company with few hydropower projects under detailed design stage is looking for young, energetic, initiative personnel for several positions for its head office located in Kathmandu valley. The company invites applications from eligible Nepalese citizens. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding activities.
  • Implement and oversee performance monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure employee productivity and development.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to employees on professional and personal matters.
  • Develop HR policies and manuals aligned with legal requirements and company objectives.
  • Timely address queries from staff, executives, and relevant personnel.
  • Prepare detailed analytical reports on staff performance, engagement, and other HR metrics.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new staff, introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in HR software, Office package, and other relevant tools to streamline HR processes and data management.
  • Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Display excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
