What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be

• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
• Manage recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
• Manage the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance and discipline, development, coaching and mentoring, separations, etc.
• Manages and resolves employee issues including investigations, disciplinary action, etc.
• Manage contracts with outside suppliers of employee services (i.e. ride share, uniforms, etc.).
• Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned.
  

Note: Experience in IT Industry will be preferred.
