Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee our human resources department. You will collaborate with your department staff to develop employee policies that cultivate a positive work environment and train staff on how to incorporate these policies into their daily tasks. Other administrative job duties include monitoring onboarding procedures for new employees, managing time-off requests, handling employee conflicts, and ensuring the company complies with all state and federal workplace regulations. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of human resources experience. 

Hr Manager Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Develop comprehensive employee policies to foster a positive work environment
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees
  • Terminate employees when needed
  • Administer and communicate compensation and health benefits to employees
  • Facilitate and mediate employee to employee communication
  • Manage time-off requests for staff

Hr Manager Requirements and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in mediation and consultation tactics
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Business acumen
  • Effective critical thinking and evaluation skills
