Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.   
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Develop, promote and implement opportunities for employee development and training programs.
  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee   relations and human resources policies, programs, and practice.
  • Manage company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensure proper and timely maintenance of documentation of overall activities and implementation of day to day HR functions
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the concerned authority
  • Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.      
  • Perform other duties as required by the management.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor in Management (HR specialized) - Master Preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Department Head in Human Resources in a reputed organization.
  • Worked with an organization having minimum 100 employees
