Job Description

  • Lead Recruitment and Selection procedure and maintain a pool of candidates.
  • Maintain upto date employee’s database.
  • Conduct Onboarding formalities like employee’s orientation, appointment documentation etc.
  • Attendance and Leave management and submit periodic reports to concerned authorities.
  • Ensure that all employees are enrolled in the benefit packages offered by the company and explain the benefits to the employees.
  • Provide required information to Accounts Department to administer payroll.
  • Coordination with recruitment agencies.
  • Prepare various HR letters and reports as and when required.
  • Explain organization policies to employees and ensure implementation of those policies.
  • Ensure timely performance evaluation of employees.
  • Circulate HR notices using appropriate media.
  • Facilitate Exit formalities.
  • Handle employees’ grievances and report to the concerned authority.
  • Respond to HR-related queries within the company.
  • Coordinate with respective Line Managers for training need assessment.
  • Others as assigned by the concerned authorities.
