Deerwalk Services is looking for a HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or other related field with specialization in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Ensure organizational policies procedures and practices are followed
  • Manage recruitment, induction, training, appraisal, and exit procedures
  • Manage corporate and staff information
  • Coordinate organizational trainings and events
  • Liaise with visitors, guests, and other external persons
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
