Job Description

  • Plan and execute goals for HR unit 
  • Oversee recruitment process, on-boarding and exits so that it is completed within organization standard 
  • Update, revise and develop apt policies, procedures fit for the organization 
  • Improve employee engagement, branding and talent pipeline 
  • Management of compensation and benefits for its timely completion 
  • Collect and handle employee grievances and resolve within organization standard 
  • Review and update company’s organization structure and update employee’s job descriptions as per the requirement
  • Conducts learning and development programs to close gaps in productivity and performance of employees
  • Owns, collaborates and ensures that the organization possesses a healthy performance management system that drives high performance 
  • Complete timely reports on employment activity every month
