Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in handling day-to-day HR operations, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. This role will involve coordinating with India HR to ensure the smooth facilitation of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs, as well as overseeing attendance tracking and leave management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
