Job Description

  • To perform day-to-day operations in the HR department and assist HR Manager and AMHR in administration related work (like Leave, payroll, OSP)
  • To assist HRM and AMHR in all developmental projects like SOP preparation, Communication Matrix, Continuous Improvement Projects
  • To assist in conducting skill mapping and provide necessary assistance in conducting the training as identified
  • To manage Outsourced Service Providers (Transportation, Landscaping and Housekeeping – Admin Building) and ensure all the labor related laws are compiled while dealing with OSP vendors.
  • To assist all the developmental projects like Resource Centre, Locker Room Administration, HR Portal, and other developmental projects as and when required
  • To be responsible in managing canteen service and assist AMHR in to organize monthly meetings and maintain minutes of the meeting
  • To manage medical and ambulance room and ensure deputation of medical representative on a daily basis
  • To maintain personal files of all the employees related to employee details, disciplinary letters and all the necessary documents as provided by the company
  • Continuous engagement in grievance handling with an objective to manage grievances at the source itself and circulated highlights the issues to AMHR/HRM on monthly basis.
  • Daily monitoring of services rendered by OSPs as per the checklist.
  • To ensure all the HR function and SOPs for HR related process has no any variance. To ensure no major NCR in HR related internal audit / DEHS audit / CEHS audit.
  • To prepare the monthly reports of the unit and send it to AMHR.
  • To keep the proper documentation and record keeping of all Non-Mgmt. employees including OSPs related information of the unit.
  • Assisting HRM/AMHR in compliance of various statutory requirements of OSP’s as per new labor act, Contribution based social security act etc.
  • To ensure Minimal/Nil disciplinary cases and No IR issues in the factory premises.
  • To Assist MHR/AMHR on implementation of New Labor Act.
  • To ensure HR related EHS compliance as per EHS Guidelines.
  • To conduct periodic medical test, proper documentation and record keeping of ambulance room, canteen and others OSPs area.
