  • Should possess good organizational  and coordination skills
  • Having Knowledge of Legal provisions and Nepali typing skill would be an added advantage

Job Description

  • Assist in development of Human Resource planning and policy making
  • Develop job description and manage recruitment and selection procedure
  • Maintain and update employee database
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records
  • Deal with employee administration, office procurement and other fringe benefit issues
  • Work as a liaison person with inter departmental and inter institutional issues regarding employees
  • Report to Managing Director on overall HR functions of the company
