Job Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Key Responsibilities:-

Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
Coordinate with insurance company
Facilitate employees as per their requirement and maintain employee leave at database
Arrangement of meetings: weekly, monthly etc.
Attend employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts
Admin works and other HR related works

If you are the person we are looking for, you will be:

A self-driven, innovative, result focussed, persuasive, high performance team leader with integrity and have can do attitude
Holding Master's Degree in Business Administration with at least two years of work experience in related field.
