Job Description

  • To monitor and enter the leaves and absenteeism in daily basis  To maintain the up to date personal files of the employees.
  • To assist in recruitment and orientation process of the staffs
  • To assist in the compensation claims and other benefits given by organization
  • To assist in conducting the performance appraisals and job evaluation of staffs
  • To assist in the payroll preparation in the monthly basis
  • To maintain the PF, CIT, and PAN in up to date way of the staffs
  • To felicitate in the conduction of training and workshops of the staffs
  • To calculate and monitor the daily administrative expenses in housekeeping departments
  • To felicitate in  conduction of any types of events as birthday celebrations or any staff related activities
  • To assist in facility management
  • To maintain the up to date HR software
  • To assist in posting job vacancies in job portals and also assist in screening
  • Assist in preparing the contracts of staffs, clearance of the staffs, exit interviews, and other activities conducted
