Provide essential information to account for the preparation of payrolls for salary disbursement
Keeping record of incentive/allowance and updating all important records of the company
Maintain Employee’s profile; (attendance, leave, misconducts, allowances and other personal detail)
Manage assets/equipment/stationary of office and issued to employee
Manage all the official documents (reports, minutes, notice, memos, training, seminar, etc)
To maintain discipline and sound working environment inside the organization
To manage all administrative tasks.
Assist in recruitment and selection process.
To conduct orientation program for newly joined employees.
Assist in conducting training and motivational programs
To ensure that the policies are well communicated to employees
To conduct employee’s performance appraisal every year
To assist in preparation TOR / contracts paper / agreements as required by the company
Maintain relationships between employees and their supervisor at all levels
