Job Description

Facilitating human resources processes
Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
Administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Assisting with new employee hiring processes
Conducting monthly payroll and attendance reconciliation, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions
Assisting with the manpower planning, recruitment, interview, hiring and training processes
Coordinating performance review process including termination, disciplinary action and merit increases
Co-ordinate and delegate the task to the appropriate person of the team
Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes
Help supervisors in assessing employee engagement and evaluation
Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering training courses
Maintain the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc)
Create and submit HR reports to HR head
Formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management
Abide by company enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations
Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
Efficient in handling employee’s disputes, grievances and legal matters related to labor issues
