Job Description

  • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact -information and employment details.
  • Calling companies to know more details about available jobs, application process and more.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee -----benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like a collection of graduates’ feedbacks.
  • Support other functions as assigned.
  • Excellent administrative and organization skills.
  • Adjusting resume as per the jobs in relation with reference to the graduate’s skills.
  • Perform orientations and submit reports on general HR activity.

Working Shift: 11 AM - 7 PM
