Job Description

  • HR managers are responsible for both the clinical and non-clinical staff that delivers direct services to patients. The responsibilites are:
  • Training and Performance Monitoring
  • erve the Various Staff Needs
  • Meetings between staff, employees and administration
  • Hiring
  • Doctors, technical staff, non technical staff and nurse recruitment
  • HRM and PMS (Performance Management Systems)
  • Necessary support systems for payroll requirements & analzing each department/individual's performace in the organisation
  • Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
  • Assisting with the performance management and review process
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Forming and maintaining employee records with subordinates
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
