  • Bachelors’ Degree with a specialization in Human Resources or other relevant fields
  • Candidates having 6 Months to 1 year experience in HR companies/ Training field will be preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Nepal
  • Strong analytical, people management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws Must have valid two wheeler driving license and vehicle

Job Description

  • New staff joining formalities 
  • Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates for interview 
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and reporting 
  • Updating attendance and leave records for payroll and coordinating for approval 
  • Assisting Senior for drafting official letters 
  • Reporting to the Senior 
  • Scheduling meetings and event management 
  • Communicate and coordinate with members of other department to ensure smooth functioning 
  • Providing admin support to the Management 
  • Plan training and coordinate with mobile trainers regarding training progress. 
  • Other HR related functions
