Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the human resources aspect, ensuring a positive work environment and fostering our company's growth by attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Craft and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
- Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and feedback, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Engage with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of hiring needs, offering guidance on best practices in candidate assessment and selection.
- Market Research & Competitive Benchmarking: Stay ahead of industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Inform about compensation range and benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- HR Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in HR and Talent Acquisition roles.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
