Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration

Oversee day-to-day organizational operations, including admissions, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Develop and implement cost-effective operational systems and reporting structures.
Monitor KPIs, drive workflow automation, and ensure SOP compliance.
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

HR Management

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
Develop staff training, performance appraisal, and professional development frameworks.
Maintain positive employee relations and foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
