Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparation of Payroll for HO and Factory staffs and Labours
Attendance monitoring and disbursement of salary, advance processing, leave
Manage end to end recruitment and selection process
Responsible to Follow the Labour rules applicable in Nepal such as Social security fund etc
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Develop, engage, motivate and retain talent
Nurture a fun and positive working environment
Evaluation of staffs performance for the promotional activities
Manage office administrative activities
Liasioning with related government departments
Other duties as assigned by Finance Director/Managing Director

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelors degree from a recognized university/ Institution in related specialization i.e HR and Admin
Must have his own 2 Wheeler. Petrol reimbursement shall be provided as per the company's policy
Advance knowledge of MS-office package, internet and E-mail
Good communication skills and Relationship Management Skills

Please Note: Employee will go under 1 month probation period
