About the job

We are looking for an HR and Admin Officer to join our team. The candidate will have a strong passion for HR and Administration and can handle employee management, and maintain the records of employees. This role will involve preparing plans for purchasing equipment, managing inventories, and maintaining good supplier relations. 

Job Description:

  • Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and assisting.
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensuring all employment requirements are met.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, and assisting in shortlisting.
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures and maintain the team's agenda.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Manage and supervise the daily operation of the company.
  • Maintaining daily records and documents
  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and suppliers.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Prepare the quotation and send it to the client. 

Eligibility :

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in relevant human resources/administrative positions in service.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability to use MS Office software. (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint etc).
  • Ability to work on high pressure
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Having a pleasant personality, positive attitude, and a good team player.
  • Own vehicle and driving license are highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Advertising industry is highly preferred.
